HOW WE WORK AND WHY

STEP 1: We receive your request, send you a from to fill in and talk to you about finding the right horse for you, your budget and needs. We take our time in finding this horse for you, patience is a virtue.

STEP 2: After we locate the right horse, we send you fotos, videos and copies of the papers. We asses you about this horse and if it is what you are really looking for, if not we continue to look...

STEP 3: Once you find your dream friesian, a contract is drawn up once you agree that you would like to follow through with the purchase of your horse. We send a independant veterinarian and his team to see, asses, vet and fully examen your horse.

STEP 4: After the vetting report is recieved by us, we send it through to you, and talk about the results. If they are acceptable and all in order, you then proceed to purchase the horse.

If the vetting exam is not acceptable or we have the slighest doubt there is something there that is not correct, we advise you not to buy the horse. The contract is anulled and we speak about the posibility of finding a new candidate for you.

We then opt in this case to look for another candidate or you decide what you would like to do. We do not push a sale. It is an important decision to buy a horse and we value our clients.

STEP 5: We organise for payment of your horse and transport. We take care of the paperwork and delivery to you. We send you information on the care of your horse and what to do in the first few weeks and why.

STEP 6: We expect you to be over the moon with your new friend and to hear back from you from time to time, we are always here to help in any way we can!!
